This basic level course is for anyone interested in personal development who is looking for motivation or support in using the course content to improve their quality of life and redirect their future.What Will I Learn?
You will gain simple problem solving techniques to help you at home and in the workplace and learn how to set realistic and achievable goals in life. The course aims to improve confidence and communication skills.Content of the Course
This ten week course will empower you to feel in control of your life. Understand the physical, emotional and psychological impact that stress has on your life and realise the true value of managing stress. Learn how to manage negative thoughts and how to improve your energy levels, quality of sleep and overall health. We will also look at the connection between food and mood. Increase your self-esteem and confidence and redirect your future using valuable new techniques.Equipment Needed
