Who Is This For?
Anyone over 16 years old wishing to tone up and improve their flexibility and core strength.
What Will I Learn?
The class is perfect for those wanting to improve posture, relax and de-stress from busy daily life.
Content of the Course
The sessions take you through a range of exercises to tone and firm muscles and improve core strength. By the end of the class you will feel relaxed and revitalised.
Assessment Details
Through observation and by communicating verbally. Completion of short learning outcome forms at the beginning and end of course. There is no formal course accreditation.
Teaching Methods
Through demonstration. to the whole group.

Financial Information

If your course costs more than £200 you may apply to pay in three instalments.

You must complete and sign an instalment form. The first payment will be taken on application, followed by a further payment at the start of the course and a final payment 2 months later. Please note that a handling charge of 10% of the course fee (up to a maximum of £30) is added to all instalment payments. You will still be liable for the full cost of the course if you leave the course prior to all instalments being paid. Please contact the Registry Department on 01273 546604 for further information.

No refunds are given once a course has started. If a course is cancelled by the college you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. If you decide to cancel your enrolment before the class starts your payment will be refunded less a 20% administration charge (up to a maximum of £50). If you decide to cancel your enrolment for a Saturday workshop less than 72 hours before the class your payment will be refunded less an 80% administration charge.
