Who Is This For?
Suitable for all levels. No experience necessary.
What Will I Learn?
You will learn to experiment with art materials and adding other unconventional pieces to express yourself in a new way.
Content of the Course
We will create sketchbooks around various themes using art and unconventional materials. The idea behind the visual sketchbook is to promote free expression by using many themes and media.

There will be a presentation of other artists work, demonstration and discussion. Students will be encouraged to share their ideas with in each other.
What's Next?
Students can sign up for other fine arts courses, create their sketchbooks at home or come back for another course in creating sketchbooks.

Financial Information

If your course costs more than £200 you may apply to pay in three instalments.

You must complete and sign an instalment form. The first payment will be taken on application, followed by a further payment at the start of the course and a final payment 2 months later. Please note that a handling charge of 10% of the course fee (up to a maximum of £30) is added to all instalment payments. You will still be liable for the full cost of the course if you leave the course prior to all instalments being paid. Please contact the Registry Department on 01273 546604 for further information.

No refunds are given once a course has started. If a course is cancelled by the college you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. If you decide to cancel your enrolment before the class starts your payment will be refunded less a 20% administration charge (up to a maximum of £50). If you decide to cancel your enrolment for a Saturday workshop less than 72 hours before the class your payment will be refunded less an 80% administration charge.
