Nutrition and Health at Varndean College


This course will appeal to anyone interested in improving their knowledge of the essentials of a healthy diet; the nutritional needs of different groups in society and how to plan a healthy diet. It will be particularly relevant to those who do sport, those involved in caring for others and anyone who is interested in improving their own diet.
