Basketball
Basketball enrichment classes give you the chance to have fun and socialise with people from all over the college! The sessions are during lunchtime or on a Wednesday afternoon and are a great way to enjoy some sport and possibly represent the college in competitive fixtures
Duke of Edinburgh Award (DoE)
These awards are fun, adventurous and challenge based with three progressive levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Students undertake a wide range of activities to push their personal boundaries, gain new skills, as well as enhance their CVs and university applications. Students complete activities in Volunteering, Physical Skills, Expedition and Residential
Gym based Fitness
Fitness enrichment classes give you the chance to have fun and socialise with people from all over the college!
Higher Sports Leadership Award (Year 2 only)

This Girl Can!
This is for those interested in helping women (including non-binary/female identifying) get active and encouraging (including non-binary/female identifying) to be more active across college; along side increasing opportunities and building inclusive environments. The aim is to encourage and inspire women (including non-binary/female identifying) across the college to become more active in some way. This campaign helps to reduce insecurities and stereotypes of women (including non-binary/female identifying) in active lifestyle. It also provides opportunities of support through new connections and networks. Making this a whole college wide approach will help students to explore various ways of becoming active; not just through sport and exercise. Students will be given the independance to plan and create their own inclusive activity to help broaden opportunities for women (including non-binary/female identifying) to take part in activities
Zumba
You will follow simple routines, dancing to a wide range of feel good tunes, have fun and sweat out stress- no dance experience necessary!

Shorter Courses (Option B) - You choose two from any pathway

Run/Jog/Walk Club
You will begin a 'learn to run' course similar to the very popular 'Couch to 5k' program with a stress-free environment allowing you to progress at your own PACE with plenty of encouragement and help from an experienced coach and mentor
Yoga
In our "let's yoga" sessions you will be invited to get familiar with this ancient self-care practice and discover its physical and mental benefits, through the exploration of gentle and mindful physical activity
