The governors of the college will make public on this web-site as much of the business of the Corporation as is possible subject to the following constraints:
Details of personal information relating to staff employment and remuneration is confidential and has been removed from published minutes on this site.
Details of commercial transactions involving the college and any matter that is considered to be "commercial in-confidence" have been removed from published minutes on this site.
Governors' names and posts held within the Corporation are published on this site. Contact information for individual governors is, however, not published and any contact with governors should be made via the College Office or by email from this site.
Information provided by the College to the Education Funding Agency of EFA which is not normally placed in the public domain will not be reproduced on this site unless the Education Funding Agency of EFA gives explicit permission to publish.
The sensitivity of confidential minutes and papers will be reviewed annually by the Chair and Principal. They will determine whether confidentiality is maintained and ensure that information is released in to the public domain when the criteria for confidentiality are no longer met.
All Corporation meeting minutes (subject to the above confidentiality restrictions) are available for inspection at the College. An application to inspect paper copies must be made to the Clerk to the Corporation at the college.
