Wellbeing Resources

Following on from our Winter Break Well-Being site produced back in December, staff at Varndean have been working together to create a further Well-Being Site to help staff and students manage their mental and physical well-being during these difficult times. There are plenty of great ideas and activities to undertake, ranging from music, fitness, cooking, crafts, mindfulness and meditation. Check it out at:
